Your Vesaro simulator comes with a Return To Base warranty giving you peace of mind in the event of a hardware failure a full image backup of your Vesaro PC allowing you to restore your system back to its former glory in the event of a software issue, in addition we are on hand to provide support to help you identify any issues that may arise with your hardware.  This is included for free with any Vesaro system and does not require you to purchase an extended support plan.

However there may be occasions where you need a more demanding level of support, for example, for customers who's time may be too limited to deal with even the smallest issue.  In these situations you can take out an extended support plan and let Vesaro handle everything.   Just make a quick call or drop us an email and we will jump into action acting quickly to resolve any issue that may arise.

Our On-Site support plans cover visits from our expert technicians from Vesaro Headquarters to anywhere in the world(Travel Safety Permitting) ensuring you have the best level of service and that your issue is dealt with as quickly and efficiently as possible, utilizing the skills of our master technicians from Vesaro global Headquarters ensures that your simulators will be back online as quickly as possible.
