Does it work with PS3, XBOX, PS4 or XBOX One?

All of our systems come with a Vesaro PC as standard which ensures support for all components. A PC is required for any of our simulators that have a motion system included in the configuration. In addition consoles do not support triple display from a single console. You can select any system without motion and triple display and can then use with consoles. Consoles also have limited controller support so only a few specific wheels support consoles.

Can I fit any screen size for your triple display stand setup?

Our trile display Stand Compact product supports screens from 27" - 32". Our Triple Display Stand product allows screen sizes from 27" to 50" to be used in triple formation.

If you want to use 55" tv's or particularly heavy or older TV's then you must add the Triple Display Stand Plus product which will add additional support arms to allow the extra weight.

We also offer the Triple Display Stand Oversize product which supports 55" and bigger (tv's with 400 x 400 vesa mount).

Can I use a 65 inch display or bigger?

Yes, our product, the "Triple Display Stand Oversize" supports 65 inch -85 inch displays in triple formation or our "Single Display Stand" product supports it in single setup.

Can I adjust the pedal plate?

Yes the pedal plate can be adjusted forwards and backwards using a quick release slider system and also tilts up and down to suit different pedal set angles and user preference.

Can the seat height be adjusted?

Yes, there are three height adjustments which also allow the seat to be tilted forwards or backwards using the different bolt positions. We also offer a full recliner seat option, the Cobra Misano S & Corbeau Sportline RXI Diamond Edition Reclining Seat.

Is the simulator ready to go out of the box?

Our systems come factory assembled in a Plug and Play format in a wooden shipping crate, you will only need to attach the TV's, PC and plug the Audio system and power/UPS in.

Do the prices on your website include VAT/TAX ?

The prices shown on our website do not include any VAT or TAX. Upon checkout VAT will be applied only for UK countries. For all other countries no VAT or TAX will be charged however you may be charged import duty when the goods arrive in your country.

Can you ship it to me by Sea Freight to make it more affordable?

Yes we can ship by sea for countries where relevant, upon checkout you will be shown air freight and sea freight options.

How many Degrees of motion does your motion system offer?

We offer 5 different motion system options, the Vesaro Dual Motion 1.5 offers 2 Axis and all of our other systems offer 3 Axis motion. the systems that offer 3 Axis of movement include the Vesaro Tri Motion 1.5, Vesaro Quad Motion 1.5, Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 3.0 and the Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 6.0

Does the motion system use hydraulic fluid?

No, the motion technology is electronic providing an ultra reliable zero maintenance product built to commercial grade standard.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world.

Can you install the simulator at my home or business

Yes we can send our team of technicians to install the simulator onsite, we will even unpack the crate for you, setup in the location of your choice and provide training on how to get the best from the system (This service is an additional option)

What is the Warranty?

Our Simulators come with a 10 Year metal Chassis guarantee and 2 Year electronics guarantee.

Do you offer remote PC login support?

If you have purchased a Vesaro PC with your system we offer free remote PC login support and can remotely connect to identify and solve any possible issue that might occur.

I already have a TV, can I use this instead of buying yours?

Yes, the majority of our systems can be customized to allow you to simply uncheck the existing TV. this does not apply to Special Edition systems and some other packages.

I want to use the simulator commercially, is this allowed?

Yes, you can choose a simulator from our our Vesaro I professional Commercial simulators category where we have created a range of simulators specifically designed for commercial use, featuring heavy duty commercial grade controls and full commercially licensed software.
