The Vesaro Story

We didn't set out to build another simulator. We set out to build something better.

Vesaro began in 2011 with an obsession with cars and motorsport, and a belief that simulation could be so much more than the products that existed at the time.

Since 2010

It began with an obsession.

Vesaro's founders brought a wealth of experience in design, technology and digital experience, alongside engineering, CAD and fabrication: the perfect combination to set a new standard, all under one roof.

The goal: to create a simulator that could evolve, perform and, most importantly, look as good as the technology it contained.

That idea became Vesaro.

Nevil Slade

“I've always been interested in where technology, design and performance meet.”

Before Vesaro, Nevil worked across technology, design and digital media, developing projects for some of the world's biggest brands, including Microsoft, Honda, Nissan, HP and Ford. Motorsport and simulation had always been a personal passion, but he saw an opportunity to bring the same level of design thinking and engineering ambition to a market still dominated by relatively utilitarian products.

The vision was simple: build simulation systems that performed at a professional level, looked exceptional and could evolve with the customer.

From an idea to a global business

Everything under one roof.

From the first sketch to lifelong support, every stage of a Vesaro system happens in-house. This is how a simulator gets built when nothing is outsourced.

Designed in-house

Where concepts become CAD models.

Our in-house CAD designers have dedicated office and R&D space for product creation. Every Vesaro system starts life on our own screens, not someone else's.

02

Engineered in-house

Where raw materials become Vesaro hardware.

The Vesaro factory is equipped with industrial machinery for fabricating our systems' structural metal framework, from raw tube to finished chassis.

03

Manufactured in-house

Metalwork, fabrication and finishing.

Fabrication and finishing happen on our own factory floor, with tighter quality control and cleaner integration at every stage.

04

Built in-house

Where the technology is assembled and configured.

Our computer and electronics department builds bespoke Vesaro PCs and develops electronic components, before full systems come together in our assembly spaces.

05

Configured in-house

Where individual components become complete systems.

Software, calibration and testing. Every system leaves us as a complete, proven whole rather than a collection of parts.

Supported by Vesaro

Installation, training, remote and on-site support.

Support is part of the product. Installation guidance, training and the kind of technical aftercare that keeps systems performing properly for years.

What we actually do

We don't sell a box of components.

A good simulator can be assembled from boxes of components by anyone. Creating a complete simulation system requires something else: an understanding of how the chassis, controls, motion, visual system, computing, software and user experience need to work together.

And because the work happens under one roof, we can design, build, modify and develop far faster than a business dependent on external manufacturers for every stage. That philosophy goes right back to the company's origins: Vesaro's founders deliberately wanted every skill and resource needed for development to exist in-house.

What we believe

The principles behind every build.

01

Design matters

A simulator should perform brilliantly and look like it belongs in the space it occupies.

02

Engineering matters

Performance comes from understanding how everything works together, not simply buying the most expensive component.

03

Evolution matters

Your simulator shouldn't become obsolete because technology moves forward.

04

The customer matters

There is no single perfect simulator. We listen, advise and build around what each customer actually wants to achieve.

05

Detail matters

At this level, the difference is in the details.

“When we started Vesaro, the ambition was to create simulation systems that could bridge the gap between the virtual and the real. More than a decade later, that ambition hasn't changed. Technology has evolved. Our products have evolved. Our customers have evolved. But our obsession with making simulation better hasn't.”

More than a decade on

The vision hasn't changed.

The technology has changed dramatically. The expectations of our customers have changed. The applications for simulation have expanded far beyond what we originally imagined. But the fundamental idea remains the same.

  • Build it properly.
  • Build it in-house.
  • Understand every part of it.
  • Listen to the customer.
  • Push the technology.
  • Never accept that the way something has always been done is the way it should be done.

That's Vesaro.

Sustainability

Committed to sustainable manufacturing.

The Vesaro team is deeply committed to sustainability, embedding environmentally conscious practices into every aspect of operations. Vesaro sources materials responsibly, prioritising sustainable and recyclable components whenever possible.

As most Vesaro metalwork is produced in-house utilising optimised processes, minimal waste is produced and unnecessary transportation is avoided, reflecting the company's dedication to reducing its carbon footprint.
