  • All of our systems come with a Vesaro PC as standard which ensures support for all components. A PC is required for most of the components we use, including the D-BOX motion and the DD wheel bases. In addition, consoles do not support triple display solutions.

     

    If a console compatible system is required, please contact our Sales Team to discuss potential solutions that we can offer.

  • Our Triple Display Stand Compact product supports screens from 27" - 32".  Our Triple Display Stand product supports screen sizes from 27" to 50".

     

    If you want to use 55" TVs or particularly heavy or older TV's, then you must add the Triple Display Stand Plus product which will add additional support arms to allow the extra weight.

     

    We also offer the Triple Display Stand Oversize product which supports screen sizes from 50" - 100".

  • Yes!

     

    If you are looking to use 1 x 65”+ screen, you will require our Vesaro Single Display Stand.

     

    If you are looking to use 3 x 65”+ screens, you will require our Vesaro Triple Display Stand Oversized.

    ​

  • Yes, the pedal plate can be adjusted forwards and backwards using a quick release slider system. It is also possible to adjust the pedal plate up and down to suit the user's preference.

     

    If a particular pedal plate angle or adjustment function is required, please contact our Sales Team to discuss all possible options.

  • Yes!

    ​

    We fabricate bespoke seat sides for all of the seats we offer, each with varying degrees of adjustment available. An ideal seating position should be achievable with the built in adjustment range of each seat bracket.

    If a particular seating angle or adjustment function is required, please contact our Sales Team to discuss all possible options.

  • Our systems are fully assembled and configured at Vesaro HQ.

    Minimal steps are taken to prepare the system for packing and shipping.

    ​

    Upon receival of the crate and after removing all protective material and strapping, the system will require a few basic steps to return it to the same state it was in, prior to packing at Vesaro HQ.

    ​

    These steps (depending on the model) should take only a few hours to complete.

    ​

    If you would prefer or require a hands-off installation of the Vesaro system, we offer a comprehensive On-Site Installation & Training service where 2 of our Technicians will travel to your location to handle the entire process, ensuring that it is reassembled back to the same standard and state it was in at Vesaro HQ. They will then also provide in-person training to ensure that the system is used correctly and to its full potential.

  • Yes, we ship our systems worldwide, and even offer an On-Site Installation & Training service.

  • Yes, we can ship by sea freight to countries where possible. Sea freight shipments typically take longer than air freight deliveries.

  • We offer 5 different motion system options from D-BOX:

     

    2 Degrees of Freedom -

    • Dual Motion 1.5 Inches

     

    3 Degrees of Freedom -

    • Tri Motion 1.5 Inches

    • Quad Motion 1.5 Inches

    • Quad Motion 3.0 Inches

  • No, the actuators are fully electronic, utilising a worm drive mechanism to operate. As a result, the motion system requires zero maintenance and is super reliable for both private and commercial environments.

  • Yes, we offer an On-Site Installation & Training service, which sees 2 of our Vesaro Technicians travelling to your location in the world, and handling the entire process of uncrating, moving and installing the system.

    ​

    Once the system is fully set up in the location of your choice, they will then provide tailored training for your system, ensuring that you are fully informed on how to best operate the simulator and use it to its full potential.

    ​

  • All Vesaro systems are supplied with a Return To Base Parts & Labour Warranty. If there are any issues with the hardware, they can be sent back to Vesaro HQ for review and repair for ultimate peace of mind.

    ​

    All Vesaro PCs are supplied with a full device image backup, providing an easy method for restoring the PC back to its former state, exactly as it was prior to being packed at Vesaro HQ.

    ​

    2 dedicated in-house Vesaro Support Staff members are available 7 days a week, providing another layer of reassurance. Both of these staff members were former Vesaro Technicians, and have a comprehensive understanding of our simulators.

     

    All Vesaro systems are supplied with TeamViewer, enabling our Support Team to remotely log in (with prior permission) to assess and solve any issues present, and/or upgrade Vesaro Systems when requested with new software, software add-ons and to assign new hardware controls.

     

    Our Vesaro Support Team is available to all Vesaro customers free of charge for life - an unparalleled level of service within the industry.

     

    2 Years warranty is provided on electronics to all Private use Vesaro customers.

    2 Years warranty is provided on electronics to all Commercial use Vesaro customers.

     

    10 year chassis and metal framework warranty is provided to Private use Vesaro customers.

    2 year chassis and metal framework warranty is provided to Commercial use Vesaro customers.

     

    • Includes free parts and labour of any failed hardware components(within warranty) and labour on new/replacement parts.

    • Free remote support login for systems with a Vesaro PC to help identity any possible hardware issues.

    • Email & telephone support.
       

    This is included for free with any Vesaro system and does not require you to purchase any of our extended support plans.

    There are multiple ways to provide your own system for our Vesaro systems:

    1. You can send the PC to our HQ for integration, configuration and optimisation.

    2. You can integrate the PC yourself once you receive the system. Our Support Team can remotely assist.

    3. If you purchase On-Site Installation & Training, our Vesaro Technicians can integrate your PC on site, as they would if it were at Vesaro HQ.

  • Yes, it is possible to add your own screens to the system.

    ​

    Please let our Sales Team know that you intend to use your own screens, so that the necessary preparations can be made.

  • Yes, our systems can be used for commercial use.

    We have dedicated ranges specifically for commercial use. These have cherry picked components that we know will perform consistently in commercial environments, as well as the required commercial licensing for the accompanying software.

    Most of our systems can be used commercially, even if they are not listed under our commercial range.

    Please contact our Sales Team to find out more about using any of our systems commercially.

  • Yes, all of our systems include everything required for a fully functioning system, from the essential controls to software.

  • Shipping, VAT and any applicable import taxes are not included in the product list price.

  • Absolutely!

    If there is a particular control or component you would like on a Vesaro simulator, or a specific brand that must be used for an event activation, our Sales Team will be able to assess your request and will more than likely be able to deliver.

    As we have the capability to manufacture all metal elements in-house and have dedicated designers, we can fabricate almost anything for a bespoke Vesaro system.

     

    We also design and create our own electronic components in-house too.

  • We are based in England, in a town called Maidstone, 1 hour South East of London.

  • We make every Vesaro system according to the country it will be shipped to.

    If your country runs on 110V power, we will build the simulator to operate on 110V power, and provide the necessary plug heads to connect to your wall outlets.
