Vesaro at IAAPA Europe 2026: Innovation, Immersion and the Future of Commercial Simulation
Bringing Vesaro to IAAPA Europe 2026
Vesaro attended IAAPA Europe 2026 at ExCeL London, showcasing its latest developments in premium simulation technology to the international attractions, entertainment and leisure industry.
As one of the key events for professionals working across location-based entertainment and attractions, IAAPA Europe provided an opportunity to demonstrate how Vesaro's simulation systems can be integrated into commercial environments, from dedicated racing experiences to larger, multi-simulator installations.
Across three days, visitors to the Vesaro stand could experience a selection of our systems first-hand, including the purpose-built Vesaro Rally, the Vesaro V-Zero and two V-RIG simulators running together through our in-house Venue Management System (VMS).
Each system demonstrated a different aspect of Vesaro's capabilities, from bespoke simulator development and premium hardware integration to synchronised multi-player experiences designed for commercial venues.
Behind the stand was a significant amount of preparation, design and technical work, ensuring that every system could be presented as intended and that visitors had the opportunity to experience the technology for themselves.
Planning the Stand: From Digital Renders to Reality
Preparation for an exhibition of this scale begins long before the team arrives at the venue. With several simulator systems to accommodate, careful planning was essential to make the most of the available floor space while ensuring that each installation could be presented effectively.
To help visualise the stand ahead of the event, we created digital renders of our allocated space. These allowed us to map out our footprint, explore different simulator configurations and assess how each system would fit within the overall layout.
Having a digital representation of the stand meant we could experiment with different arrangements before committing to a final configuration. This helped us understand how the simulators would sit alongside one another and how visitors would interact with the displays, reducing uncertainty when it came to the physical installation.
We also took the planning process a step further by utilising our in-house studio space to physically map out and test the proposed configuration. This provided a practical opportunity to assess the layout beyond the digital renders, helping us visualise the footprint of the equipment and refine the arrangement ahead of the build.
Combining digital planning with physical testing gave the team a clearer understanding of what to expect on arrival at ExCeL London. It also helped establish a more organised approach to installation, allowing us to focus on the finer details once the build began.
The final stand was the result of this preparation, bringing together a range of simulation systems in a layout designed to showcase the breadth of Vesaro's offering.
Two Days of Setup, Three Days of Exhibition
With the planning complete, the team travelled to ExCeL London to begin the installation.
Setup took place across Sunday and Monday, with two dedicated days to bring the stand together ahead of the exhibition opening on Tuesday. This involved positioning the simulator systems, installing the associated hardware and displays, configuring the equipment and ensuring that everything was ready for visitors.
With multiple systems on display, each with its own hardware and technical requirements, the installation required careful coordination. The aim was to ensure that every simulator was presented to the standard expected of Vesaro, while also allowing the different systems to operate as intended within the stand.
Once the exhibition opened on Tuesday, the focus shifted from installation to welcoming visitors, demonstrating the systems and discussing the possibilities for future commercial projects.
The stand remained active throughout Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, giving attendees across the three-day event the opportunity to explore the technology and experience the simulators first-hand.
Following the close of the exhibition on Thursday, the team began packing down the stand that evening before returning to Vesaro HQ, bringing a busy few days of preparation, installation and demonstrations to a close.
The Vesaro Rally: A Bespoke Approach to Simulation
The centrepiece of our IAAPA Europe 2026 showcase was the Vesaro Rally, an innovative, purpose-built rally simulator developed specifically for the exhibition.
The project provided an opportunity to demonstrate Vesaro's ability to adapt its expertise and bring a new concept to life, combining carefully selected hardware, immersive motion technology and a distinctive two-seat configuration.
Unlike a conventional single-driver racing simulator, the Vesaro Rally was designed around the relationship between driver and co-pilot. Both occupants have their own seat within the system, creating a shared experience that reflects the collaborative nature of rally driving.
The result is a simulator designed to put two people inside the same experience, rather than simply placing an additional seat alongside a traditional racing setup.
A Shared, Motion-Driven Experience
At the heart of the Vesaro Rally is the Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 6.0 system, delivering a motion-driven experience for both the driver and co-pilot. The system incorporates a six-inch haptic feedback motion configuration, allowing both occupants to feel the effects of the simulated driving experience.
This dual-seat approach was a defining feature of the build. Rallying is as much about the relationship between driver and co-driver as it is about the car itself, and the simulator was designed to reflect that dynamic.
Both seats use Corbeau Revolution X Excel racing seats, supported by Vesaro X-Frame chassis components and the Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System with harnesses. Together, these components form the physical foundation of the installation, bringing the occupants into the experience while supporting the system's motion capabilities.
The emphasis is on creating an engaging, shared experience that goes beyond the traditional approach to simulator design.
Performance Hardware and Rally-Specific Controls
The Vesaro Rally brings together a selection of high-performance simulation components to create a driving experience tailored to rallying.
A Simucube 3 Pro wheelbase is paired with the V-Spec Rally Wheel, while a Pro Controls V-Spec Sequential Shifter and Heusinkveld HE Sim Handbrake provide dedicated controls suited to the demands of rally driving.
The pedal configuration combines Heusinkveld Ultimate pedals with the Simucube ActivePedal Ultimate, bringing further flexibility to the driving setup.
These components are integrated into a complete Vesaro system, demonstrating how carefully selected third-party hardware can be brought together with Vesaro's own engineering and integration expertise to create a cohesive installation.
Immersive Visuals and Audio
The visual presentation is built around a triple-screen configuration using three 75-inch displays, creating a wide field of view that places the driver within the rally environment.
Audio is another important part of the experience, with a KEF speaker configuration and KUBE 12 subwoofer forming part of the system. Combined with the motion hardware and dedicated controls, this helps create a more encompassing simulation experience.
The simulator also features an ASUS ROG Strix XG129C touchscreen digital dashboard, alongside Vesaro's VMS tablet positioned centrally. This provides a dedicated point of interaction for the system's management and control, complementing the driving hardware.
The experience runs on DiRT Rally 2.0, with a Vesaro PC Level 5 providing the computing platform behind the installation.
Every element was selected and integrated with the overall experience in mind, rather than simply assembling a collection of premium components.
Demonstrating What Bespoke Simulation Can Achieve
The Vesaro Rally was developed specifically for IAAPA Europe 2026, making it an opportunity to showcase a concept that brings together Vesaro's engineering, system integration and experience-led design.
Its two-seat configuration, dedicated rally controls and motion technology demonstrate how simulation can be adapted to create experiences beyond a conventional single-user racing installation.
For commercial operators, this approach opens up different possibilities for interactive attractions, shared experiences and distinctive installations designed around a particular theme or audience.
The Vesaro Rally was a key example of how Vesaro can develop and integrate a system around a specific brief, rather than limiting a project to a standard configuration.
The Vesaro V-Zero: A Proven Commercial Platform
Alongside the Rally, we showcased the Vesaro V-Zero, a system already familiar to visitors of F1 Arcade venues across the UK and US.
The V-Zero has become a prominent part of the F1 Arcade experience, demonstrating how premium simulation hardware can be incorporated into a commercial entertainment environment. It provides an example of the role simulation can play in bringing racing-inspired experiences to a wider audience.
For IAAPA Europe 2026, the V-Zero featured a bespoke livery highlighting several of the technology brands whose products feature across Vesaro systems.
These included Simucube, MOZA, Republic of Gamers (ROG), Heusinkveld, D-BOX and KEF.
The livery provided a visual showcase of the wider ecosystem of hardware and technology that contributes to our installations, while giving the simulator a distinctive appearance for the exhibition.
More broadly, the V-Zero demonstrated another side of Vesaro's offering: a platform with an established presence in commercial entertainment, supported by the flexibility to adapt its presentation to different projects and environments.
Introducing the V-RIG S1 Frame and Multi-Simulator Experiences
The stand also featured two V-RIG simulators built around our new V-RIG S1 Frame, demonstrating a different approach to commercial simulation.
While the Vesaro Rally showcased a bespoke, dual-seat concept and the V-Zero highlighted an established commercial platform, the V-RIG installation focused on bringing multiple simulator experiences together through integrated system management.
Both V-RIGs were synchronised using Vesaro's own in-house Venue Management System (VMS).
Developed by Vesaro, the VMS provides a centralised way to manage simulation experiences within a venue. At IAAPA Europe, the synchronised installation demonstrated how multiple simulators can operate together as part of a connected experience, rather than as entirely separate systems.
This is particularly relevant to commercial environments where operators may wish to run several simulators together, creating a more cohesive experience for groups of visitors.
By demonstrating two V-RIG systems operating in sync, we were able to show how our hardware and software can work together to support multi-simulator installations.
The V-RIG S1 Frame also formed part of our showcase of the range of configurations available across the Vesaro portfolio, highlighting the flexibility of our approach to simulation hardware.
Meeting the Industry and Exploring New Opportunities
Beyond the technology on display, IAAPA Europe 2026 provided an important opportunity to meet professionals from across the attractions, entertainment and leisure industries.
Throughout the exhibition, we welcomed visitors to the stand to discuss their requirements, explore potential projects and consider how simulation could be incorporated into their own commercial environments.
These conversations covered the possibilities for commercial installations, the requirements of different venues and the role that integrated simulation systems can play in creating engaging visitor experiences.
Every venue has its own objectives, audience and operational considerations. For that reason, understanding the brief is an important part of developing the right solution. Discussions at IAAPA offered an opportunity to explore those requirements and demonstrate how Vesaro's systems could be adapted to suit different applications.
Having our simulators physically available on the stand made these conversations particularly valuable. Rather than relying solely on images, specifications or presentations, visitors could sit in the systems, experience the hardware and get a first-hand understanding of what a Vesaro installation can offer.
From the motion-driven experience of the Vesaro Rally to the V-Zero's established commercial application and the synchronised V-RIG setup, the stand presented several different approaches to premium simulation.
This allowed us to demonstrate the breadth of our capabilities while discussing potential projects in a practical, experience-led setting.
IAAPA Europe was therefore not just an opportunity to display our products. It was also a chance to build relationships, understand the needs of prospective customers and explore opportunities to bring Vesaro simulation into new commercial environments.
Looking Ahead
Attending IAAPA Europe 2026 brought together several important aspects of Vesaro's work: bespoke system development, premium hardware integration, commercial simulation and the software required to manage connected experiences.
The Vesaro Rally was a particular highlight, demonstrating how a system can be designed around a specific concept and audience. Its dual-seat configuration and motion technology offered a different take on the traditional racing simulator, while the V-Zero and V-RIG systems showcased the flexibility of our wider portfolio.
The event also reinforced the importance of the work that takes place behind the scenes. From digital stand renders and physical layout testing to installation, configuration and live demonstrations, careful preparation helped bring the showcase together.
Most importantly, IAAPA Europe provided a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the industry, give visitors hands-on experience of our technology and discuss the potential for future commercial installations.
