Vesaro Returns to The Pop-Up Hotel at the British Grand Prix 2026

After a successful debut at the British Grand Prix in 2025, The Pop-Up Hotel returned to Silverstone in 2026 bigger and better than ever, and Vesaro was proud to be back as part of the experience.

This year, we supplied two premium Vesaro simulator systems, the Vesaro x Automobili Lamborghini Prestigio and the Vesaro I Formula Stage 2. Alongside our Vesaro systems, we supplied four sister-company V-RIG S1 simulators, all powered by our brand-new Vesaro Venue Management System.

Together, they created a premium racing experience that kept guests entertained throughout the Grand Prix weekend.

The Pop-Up Hotel expanded significantly for 2026 with the introduction of the Pop-Up Paddock - an all-new entertainment space.

From our race simulation lounge to IV clinics, motorsport fashion, exclusive artwork and 3D-printed memorabilia, the Pop-Up Paddock offered guests an impressive range of experiences throughout the weekend.

The Vesaro x Automobili Lamborghini Prestigio

Guests were invited to experience professional-grade sim racing, whether they were complete beginners or experienced racers putting themselves to the test. Throughout the weekend, guests competed in a Hot Lap Challenge, with live leaderboards and competitive sessions creating an exciting atmosphere alongside the on-track Formula One action.

The combination of immersive hardware and organised competition ensured there was always a crowd as drivers chased the fastest lap of the weekend.

Making its public debut at The Pop-Up Hotel was the all-new Vesaro Venue Management System, our powerful software platform designed and developed entirely in-house.

Created to simplify venue operations while enhancing the customer experience. The system allows operators to control every simulator from a single, intuitive interface. Race settings can be configured in seconds, sessions launched instantly, and multiple simulators managed simultaneously with minimal operator input.

For competitive events, integrated QR code registration allowed drivers to sign up and enter the Hot Lap challenge within moments using their own mobile device (View Demonstration).

Results are recorded automatically, making it easier than ever to run organised competitions with a seamless experience for both guests and staff.

The platform also allowed for synchronised multiplayer racing, enabling multiple simulators to be launched into the same session with just a few clicks.

The launch marked an important milestone for Vesaro, expanding our offering beyond industry-leading simulator hardware into a complete venue management ecosystem designed specifically for commercial simulator operators.

The British Grand Prix continues to be one of the highlights of the motorsport calendar, and it was fantastic to once again be part of The Pop-Up Hotel's premium hospitality offering.

Hundreds of guests experienced the excitement of racing on Vesaro simulators throughout the weekend. Combined with the debut of the Vesaro Venue Management system, Silverstone 2026 provided the perfect opportunity to showcase not only our world-class simulator hardware but also the intelligent software powering the future of simulator venues.
