TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • 1.1     All sessions must be booked in advance via our official booking system.

    ​

    1.2     A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.

     

    1.3     Full payment is required at the time of booking.

    ​

  • 2.1     Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session to ensure a prompt start.

     

    2.2     Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without compensation.

    ​

  • 3.1     Bookings are refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

     

    3.2     Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

     

    3.3     To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email or phone.

    ​

  • 4.1     Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability.

     

    4.2    Rescheduling within 48 hours is not guaranteed and may result in the session fee being forfeited.

    ​

  • 5.1     Minimum age: 14 years old (the simulator is not certified for anyone under 14).

     

    5.2     Participants must wear sensible, fully enclosed footwear (trainers, shoes or boots).

     

    5.3     Unsuitable footwear includes flip flops, sliders, open sandals, and high heels.

     

    5.4     Shoes must be free from mud, debris, and stones before entering the simulator.

    ​

  • This equipment features movement, vibration and force feedback, which may be unsuitable for some users. Please consult a physician before using this product if you:

    ​

    • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

    • Have heart conditions

    • Are pregnant

    • Are elderly or have reduced mobility

    • Have high blood pressure or aneurysms

    • Are recovering from recent surgery or illness

    • Have neck, back, or bone ailments

    ​

    DO NOT attempt to climb, stand, or play around the simulator, as this could result in serious injury or equipment damage.

    ​

  • If you have been diagnosed with, or think you may suffer from epilepsy or photosensitive epilepsy, please refrain from using this product.

     

    A small percentage of people may experience seizures when exposed to visual stimuli from screens (e.g., flashing lights, patterns). Even those with no prior history may still have undiagnosed symptoms.

     

    If you or a family member has experienced any of the following, consult a physician before use:

    ​

    • Dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitching

    • Involuntary movements, disorientation, or loss of awareness

    ​

    If you experience any of these symptoms during the session, stop immediately and inform a staff member.8. Behaviour and Equipment Care

    ​

  • 8.1     Follow all staff instructions at all times.

     

    8.2    Any inappropriate behaviour or misuse of equipment may result in the session being terminated without refund.

     

    8.3     You will be held liable for any intentional or negligent damage to the simulator or other equipment.

    ​

  • 9.1     We are not responsible for any injury or damage to personal property during your visit.

     

    9.2     All participation is at your own risk.

    ​

  • 10.1     We occasionally take photos/videos for promotional use.

     

    10.2     Please let us know upon arrival if you do not wish to be included in any media.
