Vesaro X Chassis

The Vesaro X chassis is our latest evolution of the classic Vesaro I chassis.

Our Vesaro X chassis serves as an ultra strong-hand crafted centre core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations.

Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.

As a company, we believe that a simulator should last, and our manufacturing process is designed for just that.

The Vesaro X chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10 year warranty on all metal framework.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

This Vesaro X offers multiple advancements over the Vesaro I chassis, greatly increasing its rigidity, versatility and overall functionality.

The distinctive Steering Deck support arms that form the shape of an X provide unwavering support for controls. Even when combined with our 6 Inch Haptic Feedback platform and the heaviest steering controls found in the industry, the Steering Deck will not shift under any use case scenarios.

The Steering Deck has quick-release adjustments, enabling the user to find the perfect steering wheel rim location by shifting the Steering Deck back and forth, and by manipulating the angle at which the Steering Deck sits with several fixed hole positions, all with hydraulic dampened assistance.

Furthermore, the evolved Steering Deck support arms greatly recess the ‘nose’ of our chassis, enabling the X chassis to be positioned much closer to the centre screen for greater immersion and FOV calibration.

The extensiveness of adjustment possible on the Vesaro X chassis continues on both the Pedal Deck and the Seat Sides. Every driving discipline’s seating position can be accomplished on the Vesaro X chassis, with hydraulically dampened assistance, for the user’s convenience.

Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness

Our Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness introduces eye-opening braking G-Forces when sim racing.

Working passively in conjunction with any of our available motion systems, when the chassis pitches forward after a braking input from the user, a proportional amount of compression is applied down the their chest.

The accuracy and visceral sensation of the braking G-Forces experienced on our systems greatly aids the user in controlling the amount of braking they apply.

Beyond the incredibly accurate training advantage this system provides, it also amplifies the general experience of driving on a Vesaro simulator, making it a phenomenal option for entertainment purposes.

Requires a Vesaro motion system module for the G-Force effect to function. The Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness can be used as an aesthetic and authenticity addition without any form of motion, or it can be added with the intention of upgrading the system to utilise a motion module in the future.

Most effective with 3 inch and 6 inch motion systems.

The Recaro Podium CF

The Recaro Podium CF is the epitome of racing seats.

From its stunning weight-saving shell aesthetic to its unmatched features and statistics, the Recaro Podium CF is the perfect seat option to compliment a Vesaro Racing Simulator.

Formed from Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic, it is both incredibly strong and unimaginably light.

Weighing in at only 7.3 kg, this reduced weight will be noted particularly on our motion based systems, enabling them to react and manoeuvre faster for a more accurate and compelling driving experience.

Its super rigid design can comfortably withstand applied forces from braking, and any sustained G-Forces from motion. No form if flex is discernible, even when applying high pressure into the brake pedal. 

The design of the Recaro Podium is not only aesthetically stunning, the design also has functional underpinnings.

The Recaro Podium CF is approved and recommended by Healthier Backs Association (Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.) and the Federal Association of German Back Schools (BdR) e. V. This dedication to comfort and the high bolster design will mitigate movement for the user, particularly on our motion based systems, increasing support and reducing fatigue.

The user’s back is able to breathe during long racing stints, as a result of the Podium’s unique rear silhouette, and the recesses between the varying thickness pads enabling high volumes of airflow when compared to conventional racing seats. During long driving stints, the increased airflow will help to regulate the user’s temperature and reduce perspiration.

Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Pro

The consistency and accuracy offered by the Simucube 2 Pro sets an incredible foundation for the included True Drive software.

Many effects and setting sliders are available to the user within the True Drive software, all of which can be finely adjusted to create near perfect representations of real vehicles. These can be saved to individually named profiles, which can be switched between in a matter of seconds, so that the user can have a dedicated profile for every vehicle they wish to train, in every scenario.

Vesaro configures all steering settings at HQ in a preset profile, so there is always a ready to use profile preloaded with our preferred settings, that work great with the Vesaro system.

Pro Control V-Spec DD Active Pedals - 2 Pedals

The Pro Control V-Spec DD Active Pedals - 2 Pedal System is the pinnacle of pedals within the Industry.

Each pedal is a duplicate of the other, with an incredibly powerful set of capabilities controlled via intuitive software that enables us to configure each of the pedals individually into the perfect Throttle and Brake

This is the first time that is has been made possible to directly recreate the feeling of existing pedals from any real cars on a simulator.

All aspects of the pedals are configurable.

Forces - The amount of resistance that each pedal provides can be acutely defined. This can be dynamic, meaning at certain stages of a custom curve can produce vary degrees of resistance.

Travel lengths - The distance each pedal is able to move/travel and their respective starting and finishing points can be dictated.

Curves - Custom curves can be created for each pedal for multiple purposes. Creating a custom curve for the brake pedal for example demonstrates how well a progressive bespoke braking feel can be mapped into the software.

Damping - Reduces the amplitude of oscillations, essentially flattening/numbing sensations that may be too aggressive, often resulting in a more progressive feel.

Friction - Reduces wavelength whilst simultaneously increasing wave height, resulting in a gritty resonation through the pedals.

Vesaro PC Level 6 Dome - Spec 12K

Our Vesaro PC Level 6 Dome - Spec 12K is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro Dome, supporting 12K resolution.

This PC can support triple 4K resolution on 3 x projectors, producing a 270 degree projection, whilst maintaining high graphical fidelity and animations.

This PC is a must for those looking for top performance from multiple simulation titles in a triple 12K projection configuration.

The Vesaro PC Level 6 Dome - Spec 12K is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. This includes the projection mapping software. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Vesaro Dome 8.1 Integrated Audio System

Our Vesaro Dome 8.1 Integrated Audio System is the ultimate sound solution for our Vesaro Dome.

8 satellite speakers are discretely incorporated into the Vesaro Dome body, alongside 2 crossovers, an Amplifier and all associated cabling.

4 midrange speakers and 4 tweeters comprise the satellite speakers. The midrange speakers handle all mid-range frequencies whilst the tweeters deliver all high frequencies. The tweeters range is achieved via 2 crossovers.

The low-profile subwoofer is positioned directly under the seat, maximising the output of all low frequencies to the user. The crossover is set at 80hz to reduce distortion.

By splitting the 3 frequency ranges between the 9 speakers, the best sound output achievable is accomplished, enabling the speakers to specialise in delivering the frequency bands they were designed for, with minimal distortion. Furthermore, we tune all audio to ensure that the frequency response is as flat and accurate as possible.

 The Vesaro Dome 8.1 Integrated Audio System elevates the entire Vesaro experience, bringing one of the most important elements to racing and air combat to life.

Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 3.0

Vesaro Quad Motion 3.0 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.

2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis, and 2 actuators at front provide 3.0 inches of travel, for 3 degrees of freedom - pitch, roll and heave.

These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback that is of a standard suitable for professional driver training.

Quad actuator platform options offer the most true-to-life driver training capabilities, as each in-game car wheel is represented by an actuator. If the front right wheel rolls onto a rumble strip, the corresponding actuator will react independently. Flight simulators also benefit from 4 actuators, amplifying experienced effects such as turbulence.

A vast library of simulation titles are supported by D-BOX’s bespoke software. Each title has D-BOX software integration coded and calibrated individually, ensuring that the user experiences everything as the developer intended.

Vesaro calibrates and tests all software included on the Vesaro system at HQ, however, each simulation title can be tweaked and adjusted to the user’s preference with savable profiles. Pitch, roll, heave, engine vibrations, gear shifts, vehicle banking, vehicle suspension, vibration/motion, and global level are just several of the different options available for adjustment. With so many options available, individual car and track combinations can be created, for incredibly accurate driver training - or the user can have an entirely hands-off yet compelling experience using Vesaro’s premade profile.

Vesaro Manager (Mounted on Right Side)

Our Vesaro Manager (Mounted on Right Side) greatly simplifies the operating experience of our systems, and concentrates all controlling elements to the user’s right-hand side.

All installed simulation titles can be launched directly from the interactive button module, featuring dynamic backlit buttons that change based on the user’s inputs. Once in launched simulation titles, the corresponding pages will be displayed, enabling the user to navigate around the menus, where cars, aircraft, tracks and airports can be selected (depending on the title).

Whilst driving or flying, another corresponding page will load, presenting the user with in-game controls, such as ABS and traction control options for racing titles, and landing gear and camera views for aircraft titles.

Outside of simulation software, useful direct links to software, PC functions and website pages are displayed, enabling the user to jump to Vesaro’s latest socials, Teamviewer for support, adjust the volume and many other options.

Furthermore, a mini dual-function trackpad and keyboard offers greater control over the Vesaro system where needed. The cursor can be moved with the trackpad, and numbers and letters can be inputted via the haptic keyboard into text fields where required.

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

A combined wireless-keyboard, including a mouse track pad with 2 dedicated mouse buttons and keyboard. Perfect for individual and commercial use. Operation of the entire simulator can be conducted from this single device, with a battery life of 18 months.

Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit

The Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit provides an intelligent and vibrant interface, delivering essential telemetry data directly to the steering deck on your Vesaro system.
