Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong-hand crafted centre core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.

Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.

The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10 year warranty on all metal framework.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

Vesaro I Modular GTF Conversion Kit

The Vesaro I Modular GTF Conversion Kit reconfigures the Vesaro I Chassis from a formula-style driving position into a GT seating posture, mimicking that of a road or endurance race car.

By modifying the main seat support and pedal positioning system, users can lower their feet and raise the seat angle, achieving a more reclined and road-focused configuration.

This system allows the driver to switch between styles depending on preference or discipline, with modular compatibility baked in to support both options with precision and comfort.

Ideal for professional training and home enthusiasts wanting the most ergonomic and authentic racing experience across multiple motorsport categories.

Right Handed Keyboard Stand

The right handed keyboard stand is designed to provide convenient access to a keyboard while seated in the Vesaro system.

Mounted securely to the chassis, the stand offers stability and ease of use without compromising driving position or comfort.

Positioned to the driver’s right side, the stand allows for quick access to keyboard functions when navigating menus, controlling software, or making adjustments during a session. Its compact and ergonomic layout ensures that the keyboard remains within easy reach without disrupting the immersive racing experience.

Pro Controls Wheel Base V-Spec – Simucube Pro

At the heart of the Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec system is the Simucube Pro Direct Drive Wheel Base, delivering elite-grade feedback and realism with industrial strength torque and ultra-low latency.

The V-Spec configuration ensures seamless integration into the Vesaro ecosystem, offering plug-and-play calibration and extensive tuning options via Vesaro’s onboard software setup.

Simucube’s proprietary force feedback engine ensures smooth, precise, and powerful output — suitable for both professional driver training and serious sim racing.

Pro Controls V-Spec GT Wheel

The Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec GT Wheel is a robust and minimalist steering wheel designed for professional sim racing and commercial sim centers.

Constructed with a high-quality OMP racing rim and adhering to Pro Controls' renowned V-Spec quality, this wheel features a durable and ergonomic design, ideal for extended use from demanding users.

While primarily designed for simplicity, it does include 4 programmable buttons for essential functions or user preferences. 

This minimalist approach makes it perfect for sim centers and private users who do not want in-game distractions that are not necessary. This design also caters to users who would prefer to use our Vesaro Manager for more intuitive and expansive control configurations. 

High-end carbon paddle shifters with magnetic switches deliver a precise and responsive gear-changing experience with exceptional durability and longevity.

Supplied with a quick-release attachment for prompt connection and disconnection from the Vesaro system.

Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (2 Pedals)

The Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (2 Pedals) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable racing experience.

Whether they will be used for demanding private racing, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting high-performance use-cases.

Produced with robust engineering and precise components, resulting in accurate input translation via high-fidelity load cell sensors. The brake pedal is capable of registering up to 140kg of force at the pedal footplate.

The accelerator has a smooth and accurate response due to its 1-way hydraulic damper, offering excellent and consistent control.

The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating initial travel, and custom elastomers that simulate progressive braking from high-performance braking systems. It also features a 2-way hydraulic damper, replicating the feel of real brake assemblies. With 9 resistance settings, the brake can be fine-tuned from soft to firm.

Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.

Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated Heusinkveld SmartControl software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.

Vesaro PC Level 1

Our Vesaro PC Level 1 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.

All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.

The Vesaro PC Level 1 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Rig Mounted Bracket

A single display mounting bracket solution that mounts directly onto the Vesaro chassis.

Our Vesaro Rig Mounted Bracket positions the screen directly behind the wheel base, offering optimal FOV and viewing angles, in a compact small footprint solution.

Supports a single 24" to 49" Ultrawide curved screen display. Standard Vesa 100 Mounting

Integrated Audio System - 4.1 Speaker On-Board Audio

The Vesaro Integrated Audio System delivers 4.1 channel surround sound directly mounted to the chassis for an immersive in-cockpit experience.

Two front and two rear midrange satellite speakers are complemented by a chassis-mounted subwoofer, ensuring punchy low-end response and directional audio accuracy.

The integrated approach keeps cables and hardware cleanly housed, reducing clutter and offering a premium, built-in feel. Audio profiles are customisable, and the system is tuned specifically for simulation.

Tactile Feedback System

The Vesaro Tactile Feedback System adds physical vibration-based feedback via transducers mounted to the simulator chassis.

This system translates in-game telemetry into chassis vibrations – replicating road surface, engine rumble, gear shifts, and kerb strikes with pinpoint realism. When paired with on-board audio and motion systems, it completes the multi-sensory simulation experience.

Powerful yet precise, this system is fully tuneable and configurable to suit all supported simulation titles.

Combined Event Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

A combined wireless keyboard, including a mouse, designed for use in Commercial & Home environments. Utilising a compact profile and wireless technology, this keyboard and mouse combo sits neatly on the Vesaro keyboard tray, or any other flat surface, without clutter or cable management concerns.

Ideal for navigating the Vesaro PC system, launching simulation software, tweaking profiles, or simply browsing the web when not racing. The mouse features a precise optical sensor and ergonomic feel, and the keyboard provides responsive feedback for general typing and system input.

Both devices run on AAA batteries (included) and connect via a USB wireless receiver for plug-and-play compatibility.
