Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong, hand-crafted center core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.

Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.

The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10-year warranty on all metal framework.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

Vesaro Sabelt GT Pad Seat

The Vesaro Sabelt GT Pad seat is the ultimate option for users looking for incredible comfort and support.

Designed with a similar ethos to ours at Vesaro, Sabelt did not compromise on any element when creating this modular seat option.

Its VTR fibreglass construction sets a strong foundation for all of its support structures. Deep side bolsters, a tall back and head support with wrap-around shoulder and head support take the GT Pad seat further than most. This ensures that the user maintains an optimum driving position throughout their stint, by securing them in position firmly and comfortably, mitigating lower and upper body movement.

Whilst in the optimum driving position, the VTR fibreglass shell provides a reassuring strong resistance point when applying high forces, particularly when braking on the Vesaro system.

Its modular characteristics are from the 12 formed pads that are available in 3 different sizes. Each pad can be removed to find the best configuration that will conform most accurately to the user. The varying sizes of the pads dictate the space that is offered within the seat, enabling it to accommodate all different sizes of users, without the need for an entirely new fibreglass framework. The predetermined positions of each pad were strategically chosen to maximise airflow, further increasing comfort, regulating the user’s temperature and enabling them to race for longer.

Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Pro

The Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Pro exemplifies performance, quality and reliability.

25 Nm of torque is produced by this industrial grade motor, without a single hint of notchiness or rippling. This ultra smooth and consistent delivery of force feedback enables the user to train consistently on a Vesaro system, with full faith in the feelings and sensations that they are experiencing.

The build quality is second to none. Its rigid metal construction, expertly wired and grounded internals and finely CNCed quick-release system make this the perfect choice for private and commercial users alike.

The consistency and accuracy offered by the Simucube 2 Pro sets an incredible foundation for the included True Drive software.

Many effects and setting sliders are available to the user within the True Drive software, all of which can be finely adjusted to create near perfect representations of real vehicles. These can be saved to individually named profiles, which can be switched between in a matter of seconds, so that the user can have a dedicated profile for every vehicle they wish to train, in every scenario.

Vesaro configures all steering settings at HQ in a preset profile, so there is always a ready to use profile preloaded with our preferred settings, that work great with the Vesaro system.

The Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec - GTMAX Wheel is a high-performance, customisable steering wheel designed for users seeking a premium and immersive driving experience.

Crafted with a lightweight 320mm diameter carbon fibre rim and built to Pro Controls' renowned V-Spec standards, this wheel features a durable and ergonomic design, ideal for extended use and competitive racing conditions.

It includes a comprehensive array of controls to enhance user interaction:

A full-colour touchscreen display provides real-time information and allows for intuitive control of various settings. This display can be customised to personal preference, but comes with a Vesaro configuration as standard.

High-end carbon fibre paddle shifters with N52 magnetic switches deliver a precise and responsive gear-changing experience with exceptional durability and longevity.

The Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec - GTMAX Wheel is supplied with a quick-release attachment for prompt connection and disconnection from the Vesaro system.

Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (3 Pedals)

The Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (3 Pedals) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable racing experience.

Whether they will be used for demanding private racing, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting high-performance use-cases.

Produced with robust engineering and precise components, resulting in accurate input translation via high-fidelity load cell sensors. The brake pedal is capable of registering up to 140kg of force at the pedal footplate.

The accelerator has a smooth and accurate response due to its 1-way hydraulic damper, offering excellent and consistent control.

The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating initial travel, and custom elastomers that simulate progressive braking from high-performance braking systems. It also features a 2-way hydraulic damper, replicating the feel of real brake assemblies. With 9 resistance settings, the brake can be fine-tuned from soft to firm.

The clutch pedal features a regressive spring mechanism to simulate a typical concave clutch curve, offering a realistic feel and response. It also features a 2-way hydraulic damper, replicating the feel of real clutch assemblies. The clutch offers adjustable pedal resistance, travel, and feel.

Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.

Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated Heusinkveld SmartControl software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.

Vesaro PC Level 5 X-Spec

Our Vesaro PC Level 5 X-Spec is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our more demanding Vesaro systems, requiring multiple screen support, triple 4k output, and high fidelity graphical settings and animations, in both VR and non VR visual configurations.

Our Vesaro Level 5 X-Spec required more space in order to accommodate larger and more powerful GPUs, such as the 4090. We created a dedicated chamber to house the GPU and opted to have it as a display item at the rear of our Vesaro systems, showcasing the GPU with internal RGB lighting.

This PC is a must for those looking for top performance from multiple simulation titles.

The Vesaro PC Level 5 X-Spec is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

This triple display stand solution was introduced to continue the chassis seamlessly to the monitors, giving the impression that the chassis and display stand are a single entity. The Triple Signature Design Display Stand is a fully welded mild steel solution, with a strategically located centre of gravity to give the appearance that the mounted screens are suspended in mid-air, while maintaining exceptional stability and a sleek, modern aesthetic. This results in incredible silhouettes of the entire setup, and a showpiece that can be proudly showcased.

Cable management is incorporated into the stand, removing any form of clutter.

Vesaro 4.1 Integrated Audio System

Our Vesaro 4.1 Integrated Audio System directly incorporates 4 bespoke satellite speakers and a low-profile subwoofer onto the Vesaro simulator.

Our in-house designed and manufactured satellite speakers continue the distinctive aesthetic of a Vesaro system. They are discretely integrated onto the Vesaro chassis, with the Vibe 4 channel Amplifier and all associated cabling hidden and out of sight within the framework.

2 satellite speakers are positioned at the front of the chassis and 2 at the rear. Our Vesaro Technicians calibrate the 4 speakers for positional surround audio, for full immersion. If the vehicle used is a rear engine vehicle, any engine noises will be produced by the rear 2 speakers. If there are vehicles ahead of the user, the corresponding sounds will be produced by the front 2 speakers.

The low-profile subwoofer is positioned directly under the seat, producing all low frequencies, such as deep engine rumbles and heavy crashes.

The resulting audio experience compliments intense competitive sessions, and intense flight moments.

Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 3.0

Vesaro Quad Motion 3.0 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.

2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis, and 2 actuators at front provide 3.0 inches of travel, for 3 degrees of freedom - pitch, roll and heave.

These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback that is of a standard suitable for professional driver training.

Quad actuator platform options offer the most true-to-life driver training capabilities, as each in-game car wheel is represented by an actuator. If the front right wheel rolls onto a rumble strip, the corresponding actuator will react independently. Flight simulators also benefit from 4 actuators, amplifying experienced effects such as turbulence.

A vast library of simulation titles are supported by D-BOX’s bespoke software. Each title has D-BOX software integration coded and calibrated individually, ensuring that the user experiences everything as the developer intended.

Vesaro calibrates and tests all software included on the Vesaro system at HQ, however, each simulation title can be tweaked and adjusted to the user’s preference with savable profiles. Pitch, roll, heave, engine vibrations, gear shifts, vehicle banking, vehicle suspension, vibration/motion, and global level are just several of the different options available for adjustment. With so many options available, individual car and track combinations can be created, for incredibly accurate driver training - or the user can have an entirely hands-off yet compelling experience using Vesaro’s premade profile.

The same is true for flight simulation titles offering a whole host of sliders, including turbulence and G-Force discomfort.

UPS Backup

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.

Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.

Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.

Vesaro Manager (Mounted on Left Side)

Our Vesaro Manager (Mounted on Left Side) greatly simplifies the operating experience of our systems, and concentrates all controlling elements to the user’s left-hand side.

All installed simulation titles can be launched directly from the interactive button module, featuring dynamic backlit buttons that change based on the user’s inputs. Once in launched simulation titles, the corresponding pages will be displayed, enabling the user to navigate around the menus, where cars, aircraft, tracks and airports can be selected (depending on the title).

Whilst driving or flying, another corresponding page will load, presenting the user with in-game controls, such as ABS and traction control options for racing titles, and landing gear and camera views for aircraft titles.

Outside of simulation software, useful direct links to software, PC functions and website pages are displayed, enabling the user to jump to Vesaro’s latest socials, Teamviewer for support, adjust the volume and many other options.

Furthermore, a mini dual-function trackpad and keyboard offers greater control over the Vesaro system where needed. The cursor can be moved with the trackpad, and numbers and letters can be inputted via the haptic keyboard into text fields where required.

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

A combined wireless-keyboard, including a mouse track pad with 2 dedicated mouse buttons and keyboard. Perfect for individual and commercial use. Operation of the entire simulator can be conducted from this single device, with a battery life of 18 months.
