Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong-hand crafted centre core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.

Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.

As a company, we believe that a simulator should last, and our manufacturing process is designed for just that.

The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10 year warranty on all metal framework.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

Everything you see on our systems stems from our incredibly capable Vesaro I Chassis.

Corbeau Sprint X

The Corbeau Sprint X is an ergonomically designed seat, providing exceptional lateral support and comfort, crucial for extended periods of virtual racing.

Used in the world of Motorsport, this seat is FIA approved and a great representation of a typical track car.

A seat should be strong and rigid in order to support the driver’s applied forces from braking, and any sustained G-Forces from motion.

The Corbeau Sprint X is composed of formed GRP, greatly reducing any form of flex, even under 100 + kg brake loading.

Supports up to a 34” waist. A 34” + waist variant is also available on request.

4.1 Off-Board Audio

4 Satellite speakers and 1 large external subwoofer deliver a true surround sound theatre-quality experience.

1000 Watts peak performance is achieved by this THX certified sound solution. 2 speakers at the rear, 2 at the front and 1 front positioned subwoofer fully engulf the user in rich audio, recreating deep engine vibrations and high pitched mechanical whines.

This system is fully configurable, supporting individual levels for the rear and front speakers, as well as the subwoofer.

Tactile Feedback System

A Buttkicker Advance Transducer and supporting AMP integrate discretely to produce powerful tactile feedback to the user, directly under the seat.

This form of feedback differs from typical subwoofer frequencies, as it carries a powerful punch, which is much more capable of reproducing aggressive engine vibrations, gear shift kicks, ABS and many other forms of vehicle feedback effects.

Intuitive and comprehensive software determines the various forms of feedback delivered, all of which can be dialled to preference with precise control.

A Tactile Feedback System can completely elevate the driving experience of any static Vesaro Racing simulator, and fill in many of the missing sensations, whether for driver training and/or pure entertainment value.

Moza Racing R12 DD Wheel Base

The Moza R12 is a direct drive sim racing wheel base that offers a peak torque of 12 Nm.

It is designed to provide a realistic and immersive racing experience.

Constructed from an Aviation grade aluminium alloy and cooled utilising a smart temperature control system, the Moza R12 has been designed to provide 1000s of hours of run-time.

Moza Pit House is bespoke software that gives full control over the Moza R12’s performance and parameters.

Moza Pit House enables the user to determine the amount of torque that they want outputted (up to 12 Nm); the steering angle and bump stop range so that each driving discipline can be authentically replicated; and multiple different effects that can be tailored to the user’s preference with simple slider adjustments.

Moza RS V2 Racing Wheel Rim - Leather

The Moza RS V2 Racing Wheel Rim - Leather is a strong and versatile wheel rim that can be used for road racing and all other driver disciplines.

Constructed from various materials including forged carbon fibre, genuine leather and aluminium, in an ergonomic 13 inch diameter form, this wheel rim will support 1000s of hours of comfortable training and entertainment hours on a Vesaro simulator.

Magnetic shifters provide a satisfying and premium actuation feel when changing gears on the forged carbon shifter paddles, reliably and repeatedly.

This wheel rim is loaded with input options that can be bound in-game to the user’s most used in-car controls and even menu navigation.

RGB lights illuminate this stunning wheel rim, providing clear and readable buttons in darker racing environments and a responsive rev light, providing informative instantaneous information to the user.

All lights are addressable, with the buttons having 8 colour options and the RGB strip offering 7 colour options, all within the MOZA Pit House software.

Like all other Moza wheel rims, the RS V2 is supplied with a motorsport grade quick release, enabling it to be detached and reattached within seconds.

Furthermore, this wheel rim is wireless, meaning that there are no restrictions or concerns when it comes to the range of rotation and any cables that would otherwise become tangled or damaged.

Pro Control Pedals - 2 pedals

The Pro Control Pedals offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable driving experience.

Whether they will be used for private casual driving, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting various use-cases.

Produced from steel and precisely cut on a CNC machine, results in tight fittings that directly translate the user’s inputs via a load cell that can register up to 65 kg of force.

The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating the gap between the pad and the gap, and elastomer rubbers that simulate progressive braking from real-world brake systems.

Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.

Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.

Vesaro PC Level 1

Our Vesaro PC Level 1 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.

All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.

The Vesaro PC Level 1 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Assetto Corsa - Personal Use

Assetto Cora is one of the primary go-to Sim Racing software titles, due to its huge wide car discipline offering, mod-friendly support & huge community, and its reliable performance for the past 10 + years.

Formula, GT, Road or even LMP cars can be driven - not many other realistic simulation titles offer such a diverse range of vehicle types. The Audi R8, Ferrari 2004 Formula, Fiat Abarth, Lamborghini Hurucan and the Porsche 919 Hybrid are just a handful of the different vehicles that can be driven and learned. Alongside the 178 cars that can be driven, there are 19 laser-scanned tracks with 42 different layouts available.

Where certain cars or tracks are not available, years of modded content can be accessed, free of charge in many cases, and can be quickly added to Assetto Corsa, greatly increasing its versatility and the value of the Vesaro simulator as a whole as an entertainment and training tool.

Assetto Corsa is installed, configured and calibrated fully with the corresponding Vesaro simulator, ensuring that all essential controls and settings are assigned and functional.

UPS Backup

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.

Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.

Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.

Combined Wireless Keyboard & Mouse

A combined wireless-keyboard, including a mouse track pad with 2 dedicated mouse buttons and keyboard.

Perfect for individual and commercial use.

Operation of the entire simulator can be conducted from this single device, with a battery life of 18 months.

Vesaro Single Display Stand

Our Vesaro Single Display Stand takes design cues from the Vesaro I Chassis and incorporates them into a strong, adjustable and presentable display stand solution.

Supporting screen sizes from 27” to 100”, the Vesaro Single Display Stand can showcase essentially all commercially available screens on the market.

Our supporting brackets ensure that a vast range of screens with varying VESA mounts are compatible.

Built-in adjustability creates flexibility within the Vesaro Single Display Stand, enabling fine calibration for it to sit at the desired height on a range of various systems.

The Vesaro Simulator can be bridged over our Single Display Stand, enabling the user to achieve a better in-game field of view, and to reduce the overall footprint of the entire system.

Single Display Screen 49 Inch Ultrawide Curved

A 49” Ultrawide Gaming Monitor fully captivates the user's attention, providing a sweeping view in a very small form factor.

This gaming monitor offers a very high refresh rate, displaying 144 frames per second (minimum). The response time is 1ms, ensuring that all user inputs are displayed almost instantaneously, resulting in much more accurate training.

The monitor is configured and calibrated at Vesaro HQ, ensuring that maximum performance and optimal viewing is achieved.

Plug & Play Factory Assembly

All Vesaro systems are assembled and configured at Vesaro HQ.

The chosen specification will be fully produced, assembled, configured, optimised and tested at Vesaro HQ, in its 100% final state. Many processes go into every single simulator that we produce, all of which is handled by our Team.

Once the system has been finalised and has passed all QC inspections, it will then be safely and securely packed into a robust wooden shipping crate. All contents are strapped down into position, mitigating any risk of damage during transit to its destination, worldwide.

Great effort is taken to ensure that the system is broken down by as few stages as possible, reducing the amount of reassembly required on-site. After unpacking the system from the crate, depending on its specification, they can often be reassembled and in a working state within 1-2 hours. Systems utilising triple screen display solutions may take longer to perfect screen alignment.

Life-Long Vesaro Support

All Vesaro systems are supplied with a Return To Base Parts & Labour Warranty. If there are any issues with the hardware, they can be sent back to Vesaro HQ for review and repair for ultimate peace of mind.

All Vesaro PCs are supplied with a full device image backup, providing an easy method for restoring the PC back to its former state, exactly as it was prior to being packed at Vesaro HQ.

Dedicated in-house Vesaro Support Staff members are available 7 days a week, providing another layer of reassurance.

All Vesaro systems are supplied with TeamViewer, enabling our Support Team to remotely log in (with prior permission) to assess and solve any issues present, and/or upgrade Vesaro Systems when requested with new software, software add-ons and to assign new hardware controls.

Our Vesaro Support Team is available to all Vesaro customers for life - an unparalleled level of service within the industry.

2 Years warranty is provided on electronics to all Private Use Vesaro customers.
