Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong-hand crafted centre core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.
Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.
As a company, we believe that a simulator should last, and our manufacturing process is designed for just that.
The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10 year warranty on all metal framework.
The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

Corbeau Sprint X
The Corbeau Sprint X is an ergonomically designed seat, providing exceptional lateral support and comfort, crucial for extended periods of virtual racing.
Used in the world of Motorsport, this seat is FIA approved and a great representation of a typical track car.
A seat should be strong and rigid in order to support the driver’s applied forces from braking, and any sustained G-Forces from motion. The Corbeau Sprint X is comprised of formed GRP, greatly reducing any form of flex, even under 100 + kg brake loading.
Supports up to a 34” waist. A 34” + waist variant is also available (Corbeau Sprint X XL).
4.1 Off-Board Audio
4 Satellite speakers and 1 large external subwoofer deliver a true surround sound theatre-quality experience.
1000 Watts peak performance is achieved by this THX certified sound solution. 2 speakers at the rear, 2 at the front and 1 front positioned subwoofer fully engulf the user in rich audio, recreating deep engine vibrations and high pitched mechanical whines.
This system is fully configurable, supporting individual levels for the rear and front speakers, as well as the subwoofer.

Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 3.0
Vesaro Quad Motion 3.0 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.
2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis, and 2 actuators at the front provide 3 inches of travel, for 3 degrees of freedom - pitch, roll, and heave.
These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA-approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback suitable for professional driver training.
The V-Spec 3.0 system provides increased range and weight capacity, suitable for more extreme performance configurations and commercial-grade setups.

Every simulation title supported by D-BOX has its own bespoke calibration, and Vesaro’s pre-calibrated profiles can be further tailored to suit driver preferences.
Pro Control Pedals - 2 pedals
The Pro Control Pedals (2 Pedals) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable driving experience.
Whether they will be used for private casual driving, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting various use-cases.
Produced from steel and precise CNC machining, results in tight fittings that directly translate the user’s inputs via a load cell that can register up to 65 kg of force.
The accelerator has a realistic consistent resistance that feels incredibly natural, regardless of what vehicle is being driven.
The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating the gap between the pad and the gap, and elastomer rubbers that simulate progressive braking from real-world brake systems.
Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.
Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.
Vesaro PC Level 4
Our Vesaro PC Level 4 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.
All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.
The Vesaro PC Level 4 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.
No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Assetto Corsa Ultimate Edition is pre-installed, fully calibrated, and optimised for a Vesaro system, ensuring a seamless and high-performance experience right out of the box. Performance is guaranteed to meet a minimum of 60fps, dependent on the Vesaro PC specification, for smooth and fluid visuals.

UPS Backup - Main simulator
A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.
Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.
Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.
Cable and Adaptor Kit – Triple Display Stand
The Vesaro Cable and Adaptor Kit for the Triple Display Stand provides all the wiring and connection components needed to integrate three monitors seamlessly into your simulator.
This kit ensures that every cable is the correct length and specification for your Vesaro setup, maintaining tidy routing and professional presentation. Perfectly matched for use with Vesaro’s Compact Triple Display Stand, this kit is designed to minimise clutter while maximising signal clarity.

Triple Display Stand Compact
Our Vesaro Compact Triple Display Stand brings smaller monitors in a triple screen formation directly behind the wheel base, for a tight encapsulating visual experience.
Supporting 27”– 32” gaming monitors with high refresh rate and low input time panels, our Compact Triple Display Stand is well suited for users looking for a visual solution that offers the best response times with incredibly smooth graphics.
All 3 screen positions can be adjusted with several in-built functions. The centre and outer 2 screens have height adjustment, in order to achieve centre eyeline with the user when sat in the Vesaro system. The pitch angle of each of the 3 screens is also adjustable, ensuring that each of the screens sit perpendicular relative to the floor. Each of the 3 screens can be rotated to accomplish a perfectly level finish. Furthermore, the outer 2 screens can be angled in for a tighter configuration, or angled out for a more open configuration, which can also improve accessibility into the sim.
All cables are discreetly run through the 2 centre legs to achieve a showroom ready finish.

All Vesaro systems are assembled and configured by our specialist technicians at our factory in the UK. We fully install all hardware and software components, calibrate everything, and conduct thorough testing.

Free Life-Long Vesaro Support
All Vesaro systems are supplied with a Return to Base warranty and access to our Free Life-Long Support service, available to all Vesaro customers.
Our UK-based support team is available via phone, email and screen sharing support. In the unlikely event of a technical issue, we will work with you to diagnose the problem and provide solutions quickly.
