Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness

Our Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness introduces eye-opening braking G-Forces when sim racing.

Working passively in conjunction with any of our available motion systems, when the chassis pitches forward after a braking input from the user, a proportional amount of compression is applied down the their chest.

The accuracy and visceral sensation of the braking G-Forces experienced on our systems greatly aids the user in controlling the amount of braking they apply.

Beyond the incredibly accurate training advantage this system provides, it also amplifies the general experience of driving on a Vesaro simulator, making it a phenomenal option for entertainment purposes.

Requires a Vesaro motion system module for the G-Force effect to function. The Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness can be used as an aesthetic and authenticity addition without any form of motion, or it can be added with the intention of upgrading the system to utilise a motion module in the future.

Most effective with 3 inch and 6 inch motion systems.

Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Pro

The Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Pro exemplifies performance, quality and reliability.

25 Nm of torque is produced by this industrial grade motor, without a single hint of notchiness or rippling. This ultra smooth and consistent delivery of force feedback enables the user to train consistently on a Vesaro system, with full faith in the feelings and sensations that they are experiencing.

The build quality is second to none. Its rigid metal construction, expertly wired and grounded internals and finely CNCed quick-release system make this the perfect choice for private and commercial users alike.

The consistency and accuracy offered by the Simucube 2 Pro sets an incredible foundation for the included True Drive software.

Many effects and setting sliders are available to the user within the True Drive software, all of which can be finely adjusted to create near perfect representations of real vehicles. These can be saved to individually named profiles, which can be switched between in a matter of seconds, so that the user can have a dedicated profile for every vehicle they wish to train, in every scenario.

Vesaro configures all steering settings at HQ in a preset profile, so there is always a ready to use profile preloaded with our preferred settings, that work great with the Vesaro system.

The Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec - GTMAX Wheel is a high-performance, customisable steering wheel designed for users seeking a premium and immersive driving experience.

Crafted with a lightweight 320mm diameter carbon fibre rim and built to Pro Controls' renowned V-Spec standards, this wheel features a durable and ergonomic design, ideal for extended use and competitive racing conditions.

It includes a comprehensive array of controls to enhance user interaction:

A full-colour touchscreen display provides real-time information and allows for intuitive control of various settings. The display is seamlessly integrated into the wheel's design and offers a user-friendly interface. This display can be customised to personal preference, but comes with a Vesaro configuration as standard.

High-end carbon fibre paddle shifters with N52 magnetic switches deliver a precise and responsive gear-changing experience with exceptional durability and longevity.

The Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec - GTMAX Wheel is supplied with a quick-release attachment for prompt connection and disconnection from the Vesaro system.

Pro Control Pedals - 3 pedals

The Pro Control Pedals (3 Pedals) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable driving experience.

Whether they will be used for private casual driving, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting various use-cases.

Produced from steel and precise CNC machining, results in tight fittings that directly translate the user’s inputs via a load cell that can register up to 65 kg of force.

The accelerator has a realistic consistent resistance that feels incredibly natural, regardless of what vehicle is being driven.

The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating the gap between the pad and the gap, and elastomer rubbers that simulate progressive braking from real-world brake systems.

The clutch pedal features a regressive spring mechanism to simulate a typical concave clutch curve, offering a realistic feel and response. It also offers adjustable spring preload, pedal angle, and pedal height for further customisation.

Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.

Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.

Vesaro PC Level 3

Our Vesaro PC Level 3 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.

All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.

The Vesaro PC Level 3 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Triple Display Stand Compact

Our Vesaro Triple Display Stand brings medium sized screens in a triple screen formation close to the nose of our Vesaro system, for an impressive visual experience.

Supporting 40”- 50” screens, our Triple Display Stand is well suited for users looking for a visual wraparound solution that is engaging and visually impressive.

All 3 screen positions can be adjusted with several in-built functions. The centre and outer 2 screens have height adjustment, in order to achieve centre eyeline with the user when sat in the Vesaro system. 

The pitch angle of each of the 3 screens is also adjustable, ensuring that each of the screens sit perpendicular relative to the floor. Each of the 3 screens can be rotated to accomplish a perfectly level finish. Furthermore, the outer 2 screens can be angled in for a tighter configuration, or angled out for a more open configuration, which can also improve accessibility into the sim.

The vast amount of adjustment built into this stand makes it compatible with our static systems as well as all motion platforms, including the Vesaro Quad Motion 6.0 Inch Haptic Feedback Platform - powered by D-BOX.

All cables are discreetly run through the 2 centre legs to achieve a showroom ready finish.

Our Triple Display Stand occupies a relatively small footprint, making it a great option for those with a space limitation, or Commercial venues where space saving is critical for increasing the number of pods possible on the floor plan.

Vesaro 8.1 Integrated Audio System

Our Vesaro 8.1 Integrated Audio System is the ultimate sound solution for our Vesaro Modular systems.

8 satellite speakers are discretely incorporated into the Vesaro chassis, alongside 2 crossovers, an Amplifier and all associated cabling.

4 midrange speakers and 4 tweeters comprise the satellite speakers. The midrange speakers handle all mid-range frequencies whilst the tweeters deliver all high frequencies. The tweeters range is achieved via 2 crossovers.

The low-profile subwoofer is positioned directly under the seat, maximising the output of all low frequencies to the user. The crossover is set at 80hz to reduce distortion.

By splitting the 3 frequency ranges between the 9 speakers, the best sound output achievable is accomplished, enabling the speakers to specialise in delivering the frequency bands they were designed for, with minimal distortion. Furthermore, we tune all audio to ensure that the frequency response is as flat and accurate as possible.

The Vesaro 8.1 Integrated Audio System elevates the entire Vesaro experience, bringing one of the most important elements to racing and air combat to life.

Vesaro Quad Motion 1.5

Vesaro Quad Motion 1.5 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.

2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis, and 2 actuators at front provide 1.5 inches of travel, for 3 degrees of freedom - pitch, roll and heave.

These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback that is of a standard suitable for professional driver training.

Quad actuator platform options offer the most true-to-life driver training capabilities, as each in-game car wheel is represented by an actuator. If the front right wheel rolls onto a rumble strip, the corresponding actuator will react independently. Flight simulators also benefit from 4 actuators, amplifying experienced effects such as turbulence.

A vast library of simulation titles are supported by D-BOX’s bespoke software. Each title has D-BOX software integration coded and calibrated individually, ensuring that the user experiences everything as the developer intended.

Vesaro calibrates and tests all software included on the Vesaro system at HQ, however, each simulation title can be tweaked and adjusted to the user’s preference with savable profiles. Pitch, roll, heave, engine vibrations, gear shifts, vehicle banking, vehicle suspension, vibration/motion, and global level are just several of the different options available for adjustment. With so many options available, individual car and track combinations can be created, for incredibly accurate driver training - or the user can have an entirely hands-off yet compelling experience using Vesaro’s premade profile.

The same is true for flight simulation titles offering a whole host of sliders, including turbulence and G-Force discomfort.

UPS Backup

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.

Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.

Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.
