Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong, hand-crafted center core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.

Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.

The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10-year warranty on all metal framework.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

Everything you see on our systems stems from our incredibly capable Vesaro I Chassis.

Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness

Our Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness introduces eye-opening braking G-Forces when sim racing.

Working passively in conjunction with any of our available motion systems, when the chassis pitches forward after a braking input from the user, a proportional amount of compression is applied down the their chest.

The accuracy and visceral sensation of the braking G-Forces experienced on our systems greatly aids the user in controlling the amount of braking they apply.

Beyond the incredibly accurate training advantage this system provides, it also amplifies the general experience of driving on a Vesaro simulator, making it a phenomenal option for entertainment purposes.

Requires a Vesaro motion system module for the G-Force effect to function. The Vesaro G-Force Tensioner System + Harness can be used as an aesthetic and authenticity addition without any form of motion, or it can be added with the intention of upgrading the system to utilise a motion module in the future.

Most effective with 3 inch and 6 inch motion systems.

The Recaro Podium CF

The Recaro Podium CF is the epitome of racing seats.

From its stunning weight-saving shell aesthetic to its unmatched features and statistics, the Recaro Podium CF is the perfect seat option to compliment a Vesaro Racing Simulator.

Formed from Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastic, it is both incredibly strong and unimaginably light.

Weighing in at only 7.3 kg, this reduced weight will be noted particularly on our motion based systems, enabling them to react and manoeuvre faster for a more accurate and compelling driving experience.

Its super rigid design can comfortably withstand applied forces from braking, and any sustained G-Forces from motion. No form if flex is discernible, even when applying high pressure into the brake pedal. 

The design of the Recaro Podium is not only aesthetically stunning, the design also has functional underpinnings.

The Recaro Podium CF is approved and recommended by Healthier Backs Association (Aktion Gesunder Rücken e.V.) and the Federal Association of German Back Schools (BdR) e. V. This dedication to comfort and the high bolster design will mitigate movement for the user, particularly on our motion based systems, increasing support and reducing fatigue.

The user’s back is able to breathe during long racing stints, as a result of the Podium’s unique rear silhouette, and the recesses between the varying thickness pads enabling high volumes of airflow when compared to conventional racing seats. During long driving stints, the increased airflow will help to regulate the user’s temperature and reduce perspiration.

Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Ultimate

The Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Ultimate exemplifies performance, quality and reliability.

32 Nm of torque is produced by this industrial grade motor, without a single hint of notchiness or rippling. This ultra smooth and consistent delivery of force feedback enables the user to train consistently on a Vesaro system, with full faith in the feelings and sensations that they are experiencing.

The build quality is second to none. Its rigid metal construction, expertly wired and grounded internals and finely CNCed quick-release system make this the perfect choice for private and commercial users alike.

The consistency and accuracy offered by the Simucube 2 Ultimate sets an incredible foundation for the included True Drive software.

Many effects and setting sliders are available to the user within the True Drive software, all of which can be finely adjusted to create near perfect representations of real vehicles. These can be saved to individually named profiles, which can be switched between in a matter of seconds, so that the user can have a dedicated profile for every vehicle they wish to train, in every scenario.

Vesaro configures all steering settings at HQ in a preset profile, so there is always a ready to use profile preloaded with our preferred settings, that work great with the Vesaro system.

Pro Controls V-Spec GT3 Wheel

Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (3 Pedals)

The Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (3 Pedals) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable racing experience.

Whether they will be used for demanding private racing, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting high-performance use-cases.

Produced with robust engineering and precise components, resulting in accurate input translation via high-fidelity load cell sensors. The brake pedal is capable of registering up to 140kg of force at the pedal footplate.  

The accelerator has a smooth and accurate response due to its 1-way hydraulic damper, offering excellent and consistent control.

The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating initial travel, and custom elastomers that simulate progressive braking from high-performance braking systems. It also features a 2-way hydraulic damper, replicating the feel of real brake assemblies. With 9 resistance settings, the brake can be fine-tuned from soft to firm.  

The clutch pedal features a regressive spring mechanism to simulate a typical concave clutch curve, offering a realistic feel and response. It also features a 2-way hydraulic damper, replicating the feel of real clutch assemblies. The clutch offers adjustable pedal resistance, travel, and feel.

Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.

Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated Heusinkveld SmartControl software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.

Vesaro PC Level 5

Our Vesaro PC Level 5 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.

All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.

The Vesaro PC Level 5 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Triple Display Stand Oversize

Our Vesaro Triple Display Stand Oversize brings large sized screens in a triple screen formation close to the nose of our Vesaro system, for an extraordinary visual experience.

Supporting 27” - 100” screens, our Triple Display Stand Oversize is well suited for users looking for a visual wraparound solution that fully engulfs their vision, for ultimate screen immersion.

This Display Stand option consists of 3 of our Vesaro Single Display Stands, each of which can be independently adjusted to accomplish a perfect result between all 3. Each has several in-built functions:

Height - an ingenious design enables quick height adjustment, in order to achieve a centre eyeline between the display and the user when sat in the Vesaro system. 

Pitch angle - a simple push mechanism can be utilised to ensure that each of the screens sit perpendicular relative to the floor.

Rotation - a similar push mechanism to the pitch angle enables rotation of the display, to accomplish a perfectly level finish.

As the 3 Display Stands are independent, the outer 2 can be angled to the user’s preference. A tight configuration will create a more intense visual experience and occupy less space, whilst a wider configuration will create a more grandiose visual experience and occupy more space.

The vast amount of adjustment built into this stand option makes it compatible with our static systems as well as all motion platforms, including the Vesaro Quad Motion 6.0 Inch Haptic Feedback Platform - powered by D-BOX.

All cables are discreetly run through the 2 centre legs to achieve a showroom ready finish.

Vesaro 4.1 Integrated Audio System

Our Vesaro 4.1 Integrated Audio System directly incorporates 4 bespoke satellite speakers and a low-profile subwoofer onto the Vesaro simulator.

Our in-house designed and manufactured satellite speakers continue the distinctive aesthetic of a Vesaro system. They are discretely integrated onto the Vesaro chassis, with the Vibe 4 channel Amplifier and all associated cabling hidden and out of sight within the framework.

2 satellite speakers are positioned at the front of the chassis and 2 at the rear. Our Vesaro Technicians calibrate the 4 speakers for positional surround audio, for full immersion. If the vehicle used is a rear engine vehicle, any engine noises will be produced by the rear 2 speakers. If there are vehicles ahead of the user, the corresponding sounds will be produced by the front 2 speakers.

The low-profile subwoofer is positioned directly under the seat, producing all low frequencies, such as deep engine rumbles and heavy crashes.

The resulting audio experience compliments intense competitive sessions, and intense flight moments.

Vesaro Quad Motion V-Spec 6.0

Vesaro Quad Motion 6.0 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.

2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis, and 2 actuators at front provide 6.0 inches of travel, for 3 degrees of freedom - pitch, roll and heave.

These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback that is of a standard suitable for professional driver training.

Quad actuator platform options offer the most true-to-life driver training capabilities, as each in-game car wheel is represented by an actuator. If the front right wheel rolls onto a rumble strip, the corresponding actuator will react independently. Flight simulators also benefit from 4 actuators, amplifying experienced effects such as turbulence.

A vast library of simulation titles are supported by D-BOX’s bespoke software. Each title has D-BOX software integration coded and calibrated individually, ensuring that the user experiences everything as the developer intended.

Vesaro calibrates and tests all software included on the Vesaro system at HQ, however, each simulation title can be tweaked and adjusted to the user’s preference with savable profiles. Pitch, roll, heave, engine vibrations, gear shifts, vehicle banking, vehicle suspension, vibration/motion, and global level are just several of the different options available for adjustment. With so many options available, individual car and track combinations can be created, for incredibly accurate driver training - or the user can have an entirely hands-off yet compelling experience using Vesaro’s premade profile.

The same is true for flight simulation titles offering a whole host of sliders, including turbulence and G-Force discomfort.

Head Up Display Solution (with screen)

Our Vesaro Head Up Display bracket attaches directly to the centre of any of our free-standing Vesaro display Stands, and enables the addition of an extra screen, dedicated to displaying a live track map and driver position.

A custom Vesaro profile is included with the software that powers the Head Up Display, and continues Vesaro’s design ethos, maintaining the colour scheme of the system, and tastefully displaying a live track map that highlights all cars on track and their current locations, as well as the driver’s current position within the race.

For optimal screen placement, the bracket features angle adjustment at two distinct points and a single mechanism for height adjustment. This allows for clearance of the screen below and achievement of the desired viewing angle. The bracket is pre-configured at Vesaro HQ to the ideal position.

A 32” Monitor is included to ensure visibility and clarify of the displayed elements on the Head Up Display.

Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit

The Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit provides an intelligent and vibrant interface, delivering essential telemetry data directly to the steering deck on your Vesaro system.

For drivers who demand immediate and customisable access to race information, the Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit offers a clear and engaging display at a glance.

Featuring a vibrant 4.3-inch LCD display, the Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit presents data with exceptional clarity and readability. Integrated into the unit are 16 fully customisable RGB LEDs, each individually adjustable in function, colour, and brightness, allowing the user to create a truly personalised light response display.

Simhub can be used to create bespoke screen layouts, for full design and data control. All systems are provided with a Vesaro configuration as standard.

Mounted directly onto the Vesaro wheel base shroud, the Pro Controls V-Spec DDU Data Display Unit offers an optimal viewing position without obstructing your view of the main screen.

UPS Backup

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.

Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.

Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.

Assetto Corsa - Commercial

Assetto Corsa Commercial provides a powerful and versatile racing simulation platform for commercial entertainment venues and professional driving experiences on Vesaro simulators.

For businesses seeking to offer engaging and realistic racing simulation to clients, Assetto Corsa Commercial provides a robust and adaptable platform for attracting and entertaining customers with high-fidelity motorsport experiences.

Featuring a massive library of officially licensed cars, from desirable road cars to thrilling racing machines, Assetto Corsa Commercial offers a wide selection to appeal to a broad audience. Combined with laser-scanned tracks from iconic locations worldwide, commercial venues can provide incredibly realistic and diverse racing environments on Vesaro simulators.

Assetto Corsa Commercial is pre-installed, fully calibrated, and optimised for Vesaro simulators, ensuring seamless integration into commercial setups and exceptional performance right out of the box. Performance is guaranteed to meet a minimum of 60fps, dependent on the Vesaro PC specification, delivering smooth and engaging visuals for commercial users.

Please note: Assetto Corsa Commercial is a one-time commercial license purchase per Vesaro simulator for all commercial and business use cases. This license unlocks features and permissions specifically designed for commercial and revenue-generating applications in entertainment and professional settings.

Vesaro Manager (Mounted on Left Side)

Our Vesaro Manager (Mounted on Left Side) greatly simplifies the operating experience of our systems, and concentrates all controlling elements to the user’s left-hand side.

All installed simulation titles can be launched directly from the interactive button module, featuring dynamic backlit buttons that change based on the user’s inputs. Once in launched simulation titles, the corresponding pages will be displayed, enabling the user to navigate around the menus, where cars, aircraft, tracks and airports can be selected (depending on the title).

Whilst driving or flying, another corresponding page will load, presenting the user with in-game controls, such as ABS and traction control options for racing titles, and landing gear and camera views for aircraft titles.

Outside of simulation software, useful direct links to software, PC functions and website pages are displayed, enabling the user to jump to Vesaro’s latest socials, Teamviewer for support, adjust the volume and many other options.

Furthermore, a mini dual-function trackpad and keyboard offers greater control over the Vesaro system where needed. The cursor can be moved with the trackpad, and numbers and letters can be inputted via the haptic keyboard into text fields where required.

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

A combined wireless-keyboard, including a mouse track pad with 2 dedicated mouse buttons and keyboard. Perfect for individual and commercial use. Operation of the entire simulator can be conducted from this single device, with a battery life of 18 months.

Dynamic LED Lighting Kit

Our Dynamic LED Lighting Kit is discretely integrated on the underside of the Vesaro chassis, providing an ambient underglow in a colour of the user’s choice.
