Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong, hand-crafted center core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.

Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.

As a company, we believe that a simulator should last, and our manufacturing process is designed for just that.

The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10-year warranty on all metal framework.

The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.

Everything you see on our systems stems from our incredibly capable Vesaro I Chassis.

Vesaro GTF Conversion Kit

The Vesaro GTF Conversion Kit is a transformative solution for both the Vesaro I & X chassis’.

This kit serves 2 functions.

Firstly, it raises the pedal deck, providing a more GT/Formula resting position for the user’s feet. This increases authenticity for GT and Formula driving disciplines, and provides more comfortability for longer driving stints.

Secondly, it forms a large storage space on the Vesaro chassis’, enabling us to integrate more components and electronics onto the framework, greatly reducing clutter around the simulator.

Pedal deck adjustability is retained, enabling the user to angle the pedal deck and its distance to their preference. 

Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Sport

The Pro Controls Wheel Base - Simucube 2 Sport exemplifies performance, quality and reliability.

17 Nm of torque is produced by this wheel base, without a single hint of notchiness or rippling. This ultra smooth and consistent delivery of force feedback enables the user to train consistently on a Vesaro system, with full faith in the feelings and sensations that they are experiencing.

The build quality is second to none. Its rigid metal construction, expertly wired and grounded internals and finely CNCed quick-release system make this the perfect choice for private and commercial users alike.

The consistency and accuracy offered by the Simucube 2 Sport sets an incredible foundation for the included True Drive software.

Many effects and setting sliders are available to the user within the True Drive software, all of which can be finely adjusted to create near perfect representations of real vehicles. These can be saved to individually named profiles, which can be switched between in a matter of seconds, so that the user can have a dedicated profile for every vehicle they wish to train, in every scenario.

Vesaro configures all steering settings at HQ in a preset profile, so there is always a ready to use profile preloaded with our preferred settings, that work great with the Vesaro system.

Pro Controls V-Spec GT Wheel

The Vesaro Pro Controls V-Spec GT Wheel is a robust and minimalist steering wheel designed for professional sim racing and commercial sim centers.

Constructed with a high-quality OMP racing rim and adhering to Pro Controls' renowned V-Spec quality, this wheel features a durable and ergonomic design, ideal for extended use from demanding users.

While primarily designed for simplicity, it does include 4 programmable buttons for essential functions or user preferences. This minimalist approach makes it perfect for sim centers and private users who do not want in-game distractions that are not necessary. This design also caters to users who would prefer to use our Vesaro Manager for more intuitive and expansive control configurations. 

High-end carbon paddle shifters with magnetic switches deliver a precise and responsive gear-changing experience with exceptional durability and longevity.

Supplied with a quick-release attachment for prompt connection and disconnection from the Vesaro system.

Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (2 Pedals)

The Pro Controls V-Spec Hydraulic Pedals (2 Pedals) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable racing experience.

Whether they will be used for demanding private racing, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting high-performance use-cases.

Produced with robust engineering and precise components, resulting in accurate input translation via high-fidelity load cell sensors. The brake pedal is capable of registering up to 140kg of force at the pedal footplate.

The accelerator has a smooth and accurate response due to its 1-way hydraulic damper, offering excellent and consistent control.

The dual stage brake system consists of an initial coil spring, simulating initial travel, and custom elastomers that simulate progressive braking from high-performance braking systems. It also features a 2-way hydraulic damper, replicating the feel of real brake assemblies. With 9 resistance settings, the brake can be fine-tuned from soft to firm.

Physical adjustments can be made to the pedals directly, to alter the angle of rest and leverage that can be applied.

Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, refinements can be made virtually in dedicated Heusinkveld SmartControl software, fully controlling the registered output value of input force and its corresponding curvature.

Vesaro PC Level 2

Our Vesaro PC Level 2 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.

All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.

The Vesaro PC Level 2 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.

No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Single Display Stand Signature Design

Our Vesaro Single Display Stand Signature Design is extremely strong in its construction, yet stunningly elegant in its execution.

This single display stand solution was introduced to continue the chassis seamlessly to the monitor, giving the impression that the chassis and display stand are a single entity. The Signature Design Display Stand is a fully welded mild steel solution, with a strategically located centre of gravity to give the appearance that the mounted screen is suspended over the nose of the attached chassis. This results in incredible silhouettes of the entire setup, and a showpiece that can be proudly showcased.

Cable management is incorporated into the stand, removing any form of clutter.

Supports monitor sizes from 27" to 65" in Single Screen formation.

Screen height can be adjusted over a 15cm(150mm) range.

Vesaro 2.1 Seat Integrated Audio System

The V-Zero audio system is custom designed in-house specifically for this product.

The speakers blend seamlessly into the fibreglass seat body, for an uninterrupted aesthetic of the V-Zero. Each satellite speaker is positioned either side of the user’s head at ear level, localising all sound produced, greatly minimising sound pollution to the surrounding area.

The low-profile subwoofer is positioned directly under the seat, maximising the output of all low frequencies to the user, for ultimate localised immersion.

Vesaro Dual Motion 1.5

Vesaro Dual Motion 1.5 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.

2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis provide 1.5 inches of travel, for 2 degrees of freedom - pitch and roll.

These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback that is of a standard suitable for professional driver training.

A vast library of simulation titles are supported by D-BOX’s bespoke software. Each title has D-BOX software integration coded and calibrated individually, ensuring that the user experiences everything as the developer intended.

Vesaro calibrates and tests all software included on the Vesaro system at HQ, however, each simulation title can be tweaked and adjusted to the user’s preference with savable profiles. Pitch, roll, engine vibrations, gear shifts, vehicle banking, vehicle suspension, vibration/motion, and global level are just several of the different options available for adjustment. With so many options available, individual car and track combinations can be created, for incredibly accurate driver training - or the user can have an entirely hands-off yet compelling experience using Vesaro’s premade profile.

The same is true for flight simulation titles offering a whole host of sliders, including turbulence and G-Force discomfort.

UPS Backup

A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.

Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.

Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.

Assetto Corsa - Commercial

Assetto Corsa Commercial provides a powerful and versatile racing simulation platform for commercial entertainment venues and professional driving experiences on Vesaro simulators.

For businesses seeking to offer engaging and realistic racing simulation to clients, Assetto Corsa Commercial provides a robust and adaptable platform for attracting and entertaining customers with high-fidelity motorsport experiences.

Featuring a massive library of officially licensed cars, from desirable road cars to thrilling racing machines, Assetto Corsa Commercial offers a wide selection to appeal to a broad audience. This license unlocks features and permissions specifically designed for commercial and revenue-generating applications in entertainment and professional settings.

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse

A combined wireless-keyboard, including a mouse track pad with 2 dedicated mouse buttons and keyboard. Perfect for individual and commercial use. Operation of the entire simulator can be conducted from this single device, with a battery life of 18 months.

Dynamic LED Lighting Kit

Our Dynamic LED Lighting Kit is discretely integrated on the underside of the Vesaro chassis, providing an ambient underglow in a colour of the user’s choice.
