Our Vesaro I Chassis serves as an ultra strong, hand-crafted center core, designed to support an advanced modular upgrade system, allowing for thousands of possible combinations. This flexibility made Vesaro Simulators the world’s first truly modular industrial strength simulation system.
Starting with our dynamic chassis, the complexity of a Vesaro system can be altered over time, evolving with the needs and requirements of the user.
As a company, we believe that a simulator should last, and our manufacturing process is designed for just that.
The Vesaro I Chassis is made from high-quality, ultra-durable mild steel, enabling us to confidently offer a 10-year warranty on all metal framework.
The central core rig is built with full motion capability in mind. This approach means that our starting static system can be upgraded to support full motion and a host of various controls and modules.
Everything you see on our systems stems from our incredibly capable Vesaro I Chassis.
Vesaro GTF Conversion Kit
The Vesaro GTF Conversion Kit is a transformative solution for both the Vesaro I & X chassis’.
This kit serves 2 functions.
Firstly, it raises the pedal deck, providing a more GT/Formula resting position for the user’s feet. This increases authenticity for GT and Formula driving disciplines, and provides more comfortability for longer driving stints.
Secondly, it forms a large storage space on the Vesaro chassis’, enabling us to integrate more components and electronics onto the framework, greatly reducing clutter around the simulator.
Pedal deck adjustability is retained, enabling the user to angle the pedal deck and its distance to their preference.
Moza Racing R16 DD Wheel Base
The Moza R16 is a direct drive wheel base that offers a peak torque of 16 Nm.
It is designed to provide a realistic and immersive racing experience on our Vesaro System.
Constructed from an Aviation grade aluminium alloy and cooled utilising a smart temperature control system, the Moza R16 has been designed to provide 1000s of hours of run-time.
Moza Pit House is bespoke software that gives full control over the Moza R16’s performance and parameters.
Moza Pit House enables the user to determine the amount of torque that they want outputted (up to 16 Nm); the steering angle and bump stop range so that each driving discipline can be authentically replicated; and multiple different effects that can be tailored to the user’s preference with simple slider adjustments.
Moza GS V2P GT Racing Wheel Rim
The Moza GS V2P Steering Wheel is a strong and versatile wheel rim most suitable for GT, Formula, and LMP racing disciplines. Constructed from premium materials, including perforated microfiber leather for a superior grip and feel; a sturdy frame made of 5mm high-strength forged carbon fiber for a weighty feel and trusted reliability; and 3mm thick forged carbon fiber shifter paddles; this 300mm diameter wheel rim offers an optimise;, ergonomic design for thousands of hours of comfortable training and entertainment on a Vesaro simulator. The dual-clutch system with magnetic shifters provides a satisfying and premium actuation feel when changing gears, reliably and repeatedly.
This wheel rim is loaded with input options that can be bound in-game to the user’s most used in-car controls and even menu navigation.

10 LED lamp beads illuminate this stunning wheel rim, providing clear and readable buttons in darker racing environments and a responsive rev light, providing informative instantaneous information to the user. All lights are addressable, with the buttons having multiple color options and the LED strip offering multiple color options, all within the MOZA Pit House software. Like all other Moza wheel rims, the GS V2P is supplied with a motorsport-grade quick release, enabling it to be detached and reattached within seconds. Furthermore, this wheel rim is wireless, meaning that there are no restrictions or concerns when it comes to the range of rotation and any cables that would otherwise become tangled or damaged.
Vesaro Pro-R Pedals (2 Pedal System)
The Vesaro Pro-R Pedals (2 Pedal System) offer a fully adjustable, consistent and reliable racing experience.
Whether they will be used for demanding private racing, or intense commercial eSports, these pedals are more than capable of supporting various high-performance use-cases.
Produced from robust 3mm carbon steel construction, resulting in a durable and precise platform. The brake pedal features an 80Kg Load Cell with 24-Bit Resolution, ensuring highly accurate input translation, while the accelerator uses a Hall sensor with 10-Bit Resolution.
The accelerator offers adjustable sensitivity and pedal travel, providing customisable and consistent control.
The brake system utilises interchangeable Polyurethane Elastomers (90S, 80S, 70S) to adjust pedal stiffness, offering variable resistance and feel. Pedal travel is also adjustable.
Physical adjustments are extensive, with 14 adjustable angle positions and vertically and laterally adjustable foot pad positions, allowing for a highly personalised setup.
Furthermore, beyond the physical adjustments, pedal stiffness can be further refined by selecting between three different types of Polyurethane Elastomers, allowing users to tailor the resistance to their exact preference.
Vesaro PC Level 2
Our Vesaro PC Level 2 is designed and produced in-house. We created this bespoke PC from the ground up to work natively with our Vesaro systems, in order to control the entire system in a sleek and fully on-board solution.
All of our PC levels are able to run Single Screen, Triple Screen & VR. Each level will increase the performance of each game and the settings achievable, such as graphical fidelity and animation features.
The Vesaro PC Level 2 is fully configured from Vesaro HQ, with all compatible software for all included components on the system. All systems are set to run at 60 FPS minimum.
No setup is required from the user. In any instance where setup is required due to software updates, our dedicated Vesaro Support Team can remote access the system (with prior permission) to completely fix or aid in resolving issues.

Vesaro VR Headset - Quest 3
Virtual reality completely transforms our Vesaro racing simulators, by placing the user directly into the virtual car on the virtual track, or in the skies in a fighter jet aircraft.
Where the user looks is what they see, replicating real life, with fully built 3d environments and realistic textures.
This VR headset is set up, calibrated and integrated into the Vesaro system at Vesaro HQ. Optimal settings are chosen in conjunction with the associated PC, to ensure the best performance and graphical settings are achieved.
The Meta Quest 3 is one of the best VR headsets available for intuitive and easy use, even supporting a fully wireless linking mode, removing all cables tethering the user to the system, for an uninterrupted experience.

Vesaro 2.1 Seat Integrated Audio System
The V-Zero audio system is custom designed in-house specifically for this product.
The speakers blend seamlessly into the fibreglass seat body, for an uninterrupted aesthetic of the V-Zero. Each satellite speaker is positioned either side of the user’s head at ear level, localising all sound produced, greatly minimising sound pollution to the surrounding area.
The low-profile subwoofer is positioned directly under the seat, maximising the output of all low frequencies to the user, for ultimate localised immersion.

Vesaro Dual Motion 1.5
Vesaro Dual Motion 1.5 Inches, powered by D-BOX, animates the Vesaro system with highly accurate and detailed movement and haptic feedback.
2 actuators positioned at the rear of the Vesaro chassis provide 1.5 inches of travel, for 2 degrees of freedom - pitch and roll.
These actuators are powered by D-BOX Haptic Technology, electronically controlled and actuated for incredible reliability with zero maintenance required. D-BOX’s systems are the only FIA approved and licensed motion platforms available within the industry, recognised for their unparalleled level of detail and feedback that is of a standard suitable for professional driver training.
A vast library of simulation titles are supported by D-BOX’s bespoke software. Each title has D-BOX software integration coded and calibrated individually, ensuring that the user experiences everything as the developer intended.
Vesaro calibrates and tests all software included on the Vesaro system at HQ, however, each simulation title can be tweaked and adjusted to the user’s preference with savable profiles. Pitch, roll, engine vibrations, gear shifts, vehicle banking, vehicle suspension, vibration/motion, and global level are just several of the different options available for adjustment. With so many options available, individual car and track combinations can be created, for incredibly accurate driver training - or the user can have an entirely hands-off yet compelling experience using Vesaro’s premade profile.
The same is true for flight simulation titles offering a whole host of sliders, including turbulence and G-Force discomfort.
UPS Backup
A UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) allows a computer to be safely shut down in the event of a power failure, by sustaining power to the system for a short period of time. This avoids sudden PC shutdowns that could cause fatal errors on the system.
Additionally, UPS’ provide the entire system with clean constant power, ensuring that all components operate as intended with no unexpected variations in their performance.
Furthermore, it also serves as a surge protector, isolating components from potential overcurrent in the event of power failure.
